Topline Brief – To engage a field sales force all together for a few days at the end of the financial year. The aims were to review the business year and preview the strategy for the next with new and current brand plans. To celebrate the year’s success, with conviviality as a corporate value, and to be sown into the fabric of the event every year.

Solution – We created an event programme starting with a canoe treasure hunt down the beautiful River Wye in Herefordshire, with lunch spots and fun stopovers en route before arriving at a surprise “unique” overnight campsite that came into view on the final challenge.

The camp was a traditional Native American camp with a series of wigwams and a larger one used for focussed presentations. We included motivational displays of wildlife and team-build activities followed by a BBQ dinner prepared by senior leaders all in line with their core value of conviviality.
