Topline Brief – Essity tasked us with creating a digital event platform for 57 delegates across UK&I. The content was to be a mixture of pre-recorded and live content to deliver a successful product launch. 

Number of delegates – 110

Solution – We curated a bespoke digital platform for Essity to engage delegates around the UK and Ireland (and Europe), bringing people together from afar with gamification, live polling, breakout rooms and Q&A sessions from across Europe. We moved our mobile production studio to host from Essity’s regional centre, successfully delivering the conference for almost double the initial number of delegates.
