Brief:

We were engaged by Lightspeed Venture Partners to deliver KITE 24, establishing it as the premier gathering for company founders in Europe. We needed to position Lightspeed at the forefront of Venture Capital and to unite an impressive network of founders and investors via an eco-luxe 5-day kitesurfing retreat.

Approach:

We took full responsibility for the entire event process, from ideation to execution. This encompassed attendee registration, pre and post-event comms, event logistics including chartering business class flights, venue management and branding. We meticulously planned magical evenings, and our impressive activities programme ran both on and off the water designed to bond the attendees via kitesurfing, breathwork, sunrise yoga, dune buggy safaris and a series of inspiring talks and discussions on topics highly relevant to the Kite Community.
